Most probably the Windows has installed the new security update which is preventing system from using prediction models. You can check and unistakk this in Control Panel

Probably this is another way to fix situations like these in softwares under OS Windows.
However, the situation with the code 72 (ISIscanNova) was solved when updating the software to the version 7.0.9.24.
