In Germany we are looking for a Product Manager who will act in an interface function with regard to our affiliated companies, distribution partners and customers. He is responsible for the strategy development, further development, support and training of existing and future products. Main tasks are:

• Intensive supervision of products with the cornerstones marketing, sales, segment and application support
• Close cooperation with the NIR segment marketing and with sales for clarification of customer needs and for market monitoring
• Securing successful market introductions
• Continuous product care and further development during the entire product life cycle with focus on customer benefit and increased turnover
• Securing product quality
• Active collaboration for the definition of the market strategy, mid term planning, portfolio management of the products and the implementation

The basic requirement is a scientific-technical education, preferably in chemistry, process engineering or food technology. You have a profound application knowledge in the field of the process NIR spectroscopy as well as international marketing and/or sales experience. You have a distinctive flair for economic questions, ideally deepened with a respective post-graduate diploma. We presume very good language skills in English and German (written and spoken) as well as pronounced didactic skills. The international orientation of the task demands travelling of about 20% of the working time.
