[Matrix-F] channel is disabled

Hi,
I am using Matrix-F (NIR) of Brucker with 5 channel : A, B, C ,D and E.
But, i just receive result from channel A & B. Channel C, D,E gives me wrong data. So, i checked the signal and spectrum of each channel :
+ A & B : is normal
+ C & D : the signal is weak, i have to zoom if i want to see the spectrum.
+ E : signal line isn't smooth.
After that, I ran each channel individually -> i have the result from five channel, rught result.
I tried to clean probe but notthing change
I hope somebody can help me !!!

I just want try to fix it before contact to Brucker. We already have contact of Mr Jeapil Lee - Brucker in Korean :)

Hi,
In process environment, there could be several reasons that cause the weaken of signal such as probe contamination, loosen sma connection, etc.
I think the best way is that our Korean colleague contacted you and perform remote diagnostic.
If you dont here from Mr. JP Lee within 24 hours, please drop me an email. I can help pushing (as I am now in Korea as well).
