Major review of research on meat and fish analysis

JNIRS—Journal of Near Infrared Spectroscopy has published a major review article on the use of NIR spectroscopy for muscle food (meat and fish) analysis between 2005 and 2010 by Jittima Weeranantanaphan, Gerard Downey, Paul Allen and Da-Wen Sun.
The review provides an update on work in this area and period and will be of great interest to researchers active in the field, technical personnel in the meat and fish industries and to regulatory personnel.
The review contains nearly 130 references and runs to 44 pages in length. Subscribers to JNIRS already have access to the online version and others can buy the article for just £20 and get immediate download of a PDF.
