SIMCA

Hi,
I'm kate. Currently I'm working on the classification of my samples using SIMCA. I have two model obtained with results of x , S, L, T2,Q2,T2lim and Q2 lim.  I want to do a Coomans plot based on the result obtained but I do not know how. To the extent of my knowledge, coomans plot is a plot of sample to distance but is it the same with plotting T2? Besides, there are also papers plotted Q2 versus T2 in SIMCA .
